Vinification and ageing: Traditionally in tanks of stainless steel at controlled temperature under 25°C, refinement in 10 hl oak barrels for approx.30 months, in bottle for other 6 months.

Bouquet: Intense and persistent with hints of cherry and ripe fruit, licorice and tobacco.
Flavour: Intense and persistent, its structure is extensive, well-balanced and very harmonious.
